 First of many badges to be awarded. | We have done podcasts for about 7 years with kids, but this year we turned in our Mac books for chromebooks. I was unsure how to record and save a podcast with the chromebooks, so I turned to my PLN. Someone on twitter mentioned I should check out Mic Note. I am glad I did. Mic Note is a chromes store add on for google chrome (works on Macs/PC if running chrome) and allows for easy podcasting and exporting to your drive (as an Mp3). It also is a great note taking software for meetings or class where you can use the build in note taker to time important points in the discussion. In a few days, I will post a few student examples for you to hear. In the mean time, here is a tutorial I made for my students to help them get started.
