Be delicious....Sorry time to move on to Diigo

I have been using Delicious for several years. However, I have made the move to Diigo. At first I did not want to make the switch. I was used to delicious and like the toolbars for firefox. But with upgrades and no great extentions for the new firefox, it was time to move on.

Diigo is similar, but cooler. Below are some cool images that show what your can do with Diigo. Highlight sections of website, take images (even if deleted, you have it), post it notes for questions on websites, not to mention the social part of Diigo. I will keep my delicious account, but new material will be added to Diigo, check out my site: GarthHolman Diigo also lets you join as an educator and get "pro" stuff for free. Not to mention, the educators listserve.

I guess I should mention, I switched browsers to Google Chrome as well. LIKE IT.

I wish I had known about Diigo during my undergrad studies, it would have helped me out tremendously. Thanks for introducing this to our class, now i know about Diigo and i will use it for my graduate studies.

I would just like to say that "diigo read my mind." The diigo social bookmarking website allows me, an avid reader, to highlight important research information without the fear of losing my content. The fact that I can store tons of information in Diigo's database makes me feel more secure in using the program. I am shocked how easy Diigo is to navigate. Technology moves at the speed of light and this program will allow me to capture some of that light before it dissolves.

Where has Diigo been all my life? It is a great tool for coordinating information with personal thoughts and responses. This is going to be really helpful to me.

Diigo is a great website for any professional to use. It will allow you to keep track of the things you find on the web as well as keep them in one place.

I too am a firefox to google chrome convert but I'm still trying to get the hang of Diigo.

I am new to Diigo as well as the teaching profession. However, I have found it easier than pushing the easy button to save massive amounts of information. This way, I can have is all in one place and not worry about loosing it or not being able to find it. KUDOS for this tool!!

Diigo is a great tool to utilize, not only for your student, but for yourself. Diigo is a great educational tool to know how to use. This tool will allow me to become a better teacher.

I am not tech savvy, but Diigo makes bookmarking and highlighting very simple. So often, when I am surfing the web, I come across websites that I would like to mark for future reference. Diigo makes finding previous websites effortless!
